For orders in the United Kingdom:

Shipping costs £4.75, with free shipping on orders above £35.

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail 24 Hours Tracked.

 

Orders to Germany:

£8 on orders weighing up to 1kg.

£9.75 on orders weighing 1.01kg-2kg.

Free shipping on orders over £79.

All orders will be sent with Royal Mail International Tracked, which aims to deliver your order within 3-5 days.

 

Orders to the rest of the EU:

£9.70 on orders weighing up to 1kg.

£10.95 on orders weighing 1.01kg-2kg.

Free shipping on orders over £89.

All orders will be sent with Royal Mail International Tracked, which aims to deliver your order within 3-5 days.

 

Please note: For orders to any EU country, including Germany, there is a maximum spend of £125, to comply with IOSS regulation. If you wish you place a larger order, please consider splitting it into multiple smaller ones.

 

Orders outside of the EU:

£11.70 on orders weighing up to 1kg.

£16.50 on orders weighing 1.01kg-2kg.

Free shipping on orders over £99.

All orders will be sent with Royal Mail International Tracked, which aims to deliver your order within 5-7 days.

Please note: there may be additional Duties and Import fees that are your responsibility to pay.

 

Currently we are in the office Monday-Thursday, and will endeavor to ship your order the same day if it comes in before 1PM, or the next working day if it does not.

 

Returns

We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of product delivery, though do not provide free shipping for returning the product.
